If you terminate your employment and return to work with a participating employer within three years of your date of termination, you can reinstate your membership in the Plan. If you reinstate, your previous period of service will be combined with your new period of employment. If you return to work after three years from your date of termination, your new period of employment will not be combined with your previous period of service.
