Our Member Services team is available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
To help you plan for the various events throughout your career, we offer:
1. One-on-one appointments
We are available to meet with you and your spouse/common-law partner, if applicable, to explain the various options and the impact of your choices on your pension benefit entitlement.
To ensure a Member Services team member is available to meet with you, and can provide you with personalized information and services, please book an appointment at least four weeks in advance.
