Eligibility
You are eligible to enrol in the HEB Manitoba Life Insurance Plan if:
- You are a full-time or part-time permanent employee or a full-time or part-time temporary/term employee, and
- You belong to an eligible union or group at a healthcare facility that participates in the Plan.
Casual employees are not eligible to participate in the Life Insurance Plan.
