Your employer pays for Basic Life Insurance and matching AD&D coverage. You pay premiums for any Optional Life, Family (Dependant) Life, and Optional AD&D Insurance that you elect.
Premiums are deducted from your biweekly pay starting from the first day of the pay period following three months of continuous employment service.
