The specific benefits available and the terms and conditions under which they are provided, are governed by the Group Agreement between HEB Manitoba and Manitoba Blue Cross. In the event of any difference between the terms on this website and those of the Group Agreement, the terms of the Group Agreement shall apply.
The HEB Manitoba Healthcare and Dental Plans are administered by Manitoba Blue Cross.
