The HEB Manitoba Disability & Rehabilitation (D&R) Plan is a self-insured, self-administered plan designed to replace a portion of a member’s income if the member is unable to work because they are totally disabled as defined by the D&R Plan. The D&R Plan processes enrolments and coordinates claims assessments, rehabilitation programs, and provides D&R Benefit payments.
